Author Information

Leo Emmanuel S. Castro, or Kuya Leo, is the Executive Director of Sanghabi. He is the lead facilitator of workshops conducted by the group. Besides teaching baybayin and Surat Hanunuo, Kuya Leo is also the lead facilitator in conducting Pintig workshops about the indigenous instruments of the Philippines. When not conducting workshops, Kuya Leo can be found in different venues promoting #SulatUkitBurdaNgSanghabi and making bamboo instruments in San Juan.
