Roland Azibo Balgah is Associate Professor of Development Studies at the University of Bamenda (UBa), Cameroon, and a Volkswagen Foundation Research Fellow. He holds a Dr Agriculturarum from MLU, Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. Jude Ndzifon Kimengsi is Leader of the Research Group on Forest Institutions and International Development (FIID) at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Technische Universität Dresden (Germany), and an Associate Professor in Resource and Environmental Geography at the University of Bamenda.
