There is even advice on which tyres to buy and what protective clothing riders should wear.

Deon Meyer is one of South Africa's most popular writers. He counts 7 Days, 13 Hours, Heart of the Hunter and Dead at Daybreak under his topselling titles. Meyer has received several awards, both locally and internationally, for his crime writing and his books have been translated into German, French, Swedish, Italian and English, amongst others. Deon is a keen motorbiker who worked as the manager of special projects for BMW's motorbike division before he started writing full- time. Over the many years he has owned a bike, he has visited all corners of the country. Adriaan Oosthuizen is a Cape Town-based photographer who does fashion, food, decor, art, portrait, and nature photography. His assignments have taken him around the world and his photos have been published amongst others in the New York Times and L'equipe. Adriaan has received several awards for his work. He has held three solo exhibitions of his work to date and has illustrated several books.
