Overview

In order to further unify the structural codes, eliminate the differences, and comply with the requirements of IMO GBS, IACS has developed the Harmonised Common Structural Rules (HCSR) on the basis of the common structural code CSR. Based on HCSR, this book conducts an in-depth study on the direct calculation method of ship structure, and the main contents include:1. Based on the fourth strength theory, a direct calculation method of yield strength based on HCSR was studied.2. The theory of structural stability is expounded, and the buckling strength of hull stiffened plates is further extended.3. The book study fatigue assessment method, especially two direct calculation methods, spectrum analysis method and HCSR direct calculation method.4. When the pressure is applied to the finite element model, the efficiency of manual loading is very low.
