Color Your Dinosaurs by Period. I have reviewed a fair number of dinosaur coloring and activity books, but this is the only one I've seen that is about a specific time period dinos. This coloring book only has dinosaurs from the Triassic period. A fun idea, and I hope the publishers come out with books for the other periods as well. Each page has a different dinosaur in what would be its native background; the name of the dino is at the bottom of the page and could be colored itself. Both the dinosaur and background are fairly spare, making it good for both younger children who wouldn't do well with a lot of detail and older children who like to be creative in adding their own detail and shading. If you have a dino-loving child, she or he would most likely enjoy this coloring book that is all about Triassic period dinosaurs. - Jamie Excellent coloring book in which each drawing comes with the scientific name of the dinosaur and is drawn realistically and in proportion to the environment. Coloring the pictures of their favorite characters will help them develop their creativity. - Sindy This is a great Dino Coloring book. There are 28 different dinos to color and enjoy. I have to say that anyone that enjoys Dinos will enjoy coloring in this book.
