She is currently Chair of the JISC Journals Working Group and a member of the JISC Collections Board of Management, as well as contributing to various SCONUL, UKSG and ICOLC Committees. Lorraine Estelle BSc(Hons) has led JISC Collections - which manages national negotiations for access to a broad array of intellectual property on behalf of the UK academic community - for the past seven years. Prior to this she worked in the publishing industry. She is an active contributor to the ICOLC Committee.
