Dr. Esra Gökçen Kaygisiz is an Associate Professor of the Department of Business at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, University of Giresun, since 2014. She graduated from the Computer Teaching Program at Fırat University. Kaygisiz completed a master's program at Bilgi University and a doctorate in Business Management at Selçuk University. During her master's and doctoral studies, she served as an instructor in the Computer Programming Program at Gaziantep University. She has a lot of research and conference papers at the international and national levels. Her research interests include knowledge and wisdom management, human resource management, women, reputation, and entrepreneurship studies with a focus on IT and digital transformation.
