Prior, the author served as a Research Scientist at NMEICT- Edrp project sponsored by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. Mr. Zubair Sayeed Masoodi is a highly accomplished educationalist and senior Assistant Professor in Computer Applications, currently working in the Department of Higher Education in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. With over 12 years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the realm of higher education. Dr. Khalid Bashir Dar is a lecturer in the Higher Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir, with a specialization in Computer Science. With five years of experience in the field, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Khalid holds a Ph.D. degree from CCSU Meerut, an M.Phil degree from BU Rajasthan, an MCA degree from SSAHE Karnataka, and a BCA degree from UK Srinagar.
