Goodrich is a self-proclaimed industry Whistle-Blower against frauds and scams propagated by - as he puts it - ""An industry shamelessly selling false hope to a mostly uninformed public"". He is a former national-level track and field athlete, natural-bodybuilding competitor, and health club owner. In 2010, his first book, ""Diet, Exercise, & Weight-loss BullSh**t - Exposed!"", became an instant internet hit. The book was re-released as an updated version in 2015. Franny Goodrich continues his efforts to improve the Personal Training industry by encouraging Trainers to focus on their client's ""results"" by implementing sound eating and exercise principles, instead of gimmicky exercise protocols and useless dietary supplements.
