Der Autor: Holger Pittroff, geboren 1973 in Kulmbach, studierte Rechtswissenschaften mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung an der Universität Bayreuth. Nach dem Ersten Staatsexamen im Jahre 1997 und dem Zweiten Staatsexamen im Jahre 2000 absolvierte der Autor im Studienjahr 2000/2001 ein LL.M.-Studium an der University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Im Jahre 2002 erwarb er den Titel Wirtschaftsjurist (Univ. Bayreuth). Er ist seit 2001 als Rechtsanwalt zugelassen und seit 2003 in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei tätig. Promotion 2003.
