Der Autor: Michael Krebs wurde 1971 in Hanau am Main geboren. Von 1992 bis 1996 studierte er Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Frankfurt am Main, wo er 1996 das Erste juristische Staatsexamen ablegte. Von 1997 bis 1999 folgte das Referendariat im Landgerichtsbezirk Darmstadt. 1999 legte der Autor das Zweite juristische Staatsexamen ab. Seit 2000 ist er Rechtsanwalt in Aschaffenburg; er promovierte 2002.
