English summary: Prefiguring is able to precipitate a change of the structural valency of verbs. This essay is concerned with the various examples of changes in structural valency, which are induced though prefixes and particles, themselves shaped by recessive elements, and their historical development in German literature. Three Old High German texts (the Evangelienbuch of Otfrid von Weissenburg, Isidor, and Tatian), serve as the investigative basis as well as a comparative body made up of current German examples. The study shows that in the Old High German works, prefixes were generally less inclined to changes valency than the verbal component, which did not (or not clearly) rank as a prefix, which in the contemporary German works the change in valency in prefiguring is more strongly affected by a prefix than prefiguring with a particle. To complete the analysis, this study also discusses the role of local semantics of verbal components with examples of known valency change. Diese Abhandlung beschaftigt sich mit verschiedenartigen Mustern der Valenzstrukturveranderung, die durch - auf lokale Elemente zuruckgehende - Prafixe und Partikeln herbeigefuhrt werden, und deren historischer Entwicklung. Als Untersuchungsbasis dienen drei althochdeutsche Texte (Das ?Evangelienbuch' von Otfrid von Weissenburg, der ?Isidor' und der ?Tatian') sowie ein gegenwartsdeutsches Kontrastkorpus. Es wird gezeigt, dass im althochdeutschen Korpus Prafixe insgesamt weniger zur Valenzstrukturveranderung tendieren als Verbzusatze, die nicht (oder nicht eindeutig) als Prafix einzustufen sind, wahrend im gegenwartsdeutschen Korpus die Valenzstrukturveranderung bei Prafigierungen mit einem Prafix starker ausgepragt ist als bei Prafigierungen mit einer Partikel. Diskutiert wird ausserdem die Rolle der lokalen Semantik der Verbzusatze bei gewissen Valenzstrukturveranderungsmustern.
