""Contributor Biography - English Timon Schwacha studied law at the University of Passau, specialising in corporate, capital market and tax law. After passing the First State Examination in Law in 2022, he wrote his doctoral thesis under the supervision of Professor Dr. Holger Altmeppen (Chair of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law at the University of Passau), at whose chair he also worked as a research assistant. Since April 2024, he has been a trainee lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.
