Der Autor: Frank Bockholdt, geboren 1975, studierte von 1995 bis 1999 Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Potsdam. Von 2000 bis 2003 war er wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Deutsches und Europäisches Zivilrecht und Zivilprozessrecht an der Universität Potsdam. Seit 2003 absolviert der Autor den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst im Land Brandenburg.
