""Contributor Biography - English Sa?a Gigic studied law and economics at the University of Mannheim. He completed the LL.B. degree in Corporate Law and passed the First Legal Examination in 2021. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe and passed the Second Legal Examination in 2023. From April 2021 to January 2025, he worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Fischinger, LL.M. (Havard). In fall 2024, he received his doctorate from the University of Mannheim. Contributor Biography - German Sa?a Gigic studierte Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Universit't Mannheim. Dort absolvierte er den Studiengang Unternehmensjurist/in LL.B. und legte im Jahr 2021 die Erste Juristische Prufung ab. Im Anschluss absolvierte er sein Referendariat am Oberlandesgericht Karlsruhe und legte im Jahr 2023 die Zweite Juristische Prufung ab. Von April 2021 bis Januar 2025 war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Fischinger, LL.M. (Havard) t?tig.
