English summary: The Consent of Minors to Medical Treatment Using the Example of the Corona Immunization The case law on the Corona vaccination of minors is presented. The jurisprudence on the consent of minors to medical interventions is criticized on the basis of constitutional jurisprudence and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Legislative developments are presented. Minors may only consent to the medical treatment if they are capable of giving their consent. In the case of anti-corona vaccinations, consent is usually given at 14 years of age. German description: Zu den Corona-Schutzimpfungen Minderjahriger entwickelte sich bald eine einheitliche Rechtsprechung der Familiengerichte. Diese wird dargestellt und in Bezug gesetzt zu Entwicklung und Zulassung der Impfstoffe sowie den Empfehlungen der STIKO. Die Begrundung der einzelnen Entscheidungen wird analysiert und einer umfassenden Kritik unterzogen. Die Entwicklung der straf- und zivilrechtlichen Gerichtspraxis zur Frage, ob und unter welchen Voraussetzungen Minderjahrige allein in arztliche Heilbehandlungen einwilligen durfen, wird nachgezeichnet; Schwachen der Argumentation werden aufgezeigt. Die gesetzgeberische Entwicklung wird dargestellt. Unter Heranziehung von Verfassungsrechtsprechung und Kinderrechtskonvention wird begrundet, dass Minderjahrige mit vorliegender Einwilligungsfahigkeit allein uber die Corona-Schutzimpfung entscheiden durfen. Bezugnehmend auf die schulischen Bildungserwartungen wird dargelegt, dass Einwilligungsfahigkeit mit 14 Jahren vorliegt.

""Claus-Peter Lorenzen studied at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel from 1985 to 1990, interrupted by two semesters in Augsburg. He was a research assistant at the Horn Chair. From 1991 to 1994 he was a trainee lawyer. Since 1994, he has worked as a judge in the state of Schleswig-Holstein, initially at the district courts of Neumunster and Kiel and at Kiel Regional Court. He has been a judge at Lubeck District Court since 2002. From May 2021 to December 2022, he was seconded to the Vaccination Centres Project Group of the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of Social Affairs and was responsible for legal issues relating to the coronavirus vaccination.""
