"Xueqing Jing, was born in November 1961. He has studied at Shanxi Normal University, Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and School of Economics of Nankai University. He has a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science, a Doctor of Science and a Postdoctoral Certificate in Economics.
