At International Fertility Law Group (IFLG), Rich provides legal services nationwide to clients from all over the world hoping to build their families through assisted reproduction as well.  Among many other volunteer activities, Rich Chaired the A.R.T. Committee of the ABA Family Law Section from 2013-2018. Rich has also served on the National Board of the American Fertility Association, has been published in numerous legal journals, written a book on how to start an ART practice, has lectured at numerous legal and family building conferences around the U.S., has guest lectured on LGBT legal issues related to fertility law at Yale University School of Law, California Western School of Law and has been featured as a fertility law expert on NPR, Parenting Magazine Live and other online radio shows.  Rich's extracurricular pursuits are tied to advocacy for the LGBT community. He is also an experienced fitness instructor, triathlete, and a former paramedic. Rich and his husband are the proud parents of twin boys through egg donation and surrogacy. Stephanie M. Brinkley, Esq.   – is a member of the South Carolina Bar and dedicates her practice to fertility issues impacting future families by focusing on the complex area of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).  As an active member of the ART Division with the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section, Ms. Brinkley oversees the ART Mentorship Program.  In June of 2016 she accepted an invitation to become a Fellow with the American Academy of Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAARTA).  Her other memberships include the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Resolve. Ms. Brinkley frequently lectures on the complex legal and ethical issues that arise when clients participate in assisted reproduction.  Ms. Brinkley is a guest lecturer at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City as well as her alma mater, the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, in South Carolina.  She has also presented at the annual Donor Egg Meeting, a medical conference held in her home city of Charleston. Within her state, Ms. Brinkley helps raise awareness on the legalities surrounding third party reproduction among her colleagues through the creation of distance learning videos with the South Carolina Bar.  As a result, Ms. Brinkley has been featured on television news programs on family law issues and her advice and legal expertise are often sought from litigants and attorneys alike.   In January 2016, she was recognized as a “Leadership in Law” Honoree by the SC Lawyers Weekly publication for her contributions to ART law.
