Detroit Stories is a compelling statement. It says only this (or that) could have happened in the Motor City, but more importantly, the intent - and hopefully, the deep impact - of this experiment is acknowledging the imaginative engine driving its diverse citizenry. Today, it's hip to reference Detroit because of this apparent resurgence everyone's talking about. Fair enough.
