Over the last few decades, human resources management has undergone enormous reforms in terms of the relevance of the human factor and its excellence in career development, and a number of research studies have begun to insist on the primordiality of career management in human resources development. Career management is a mutual process which aims, through training, mentoring, promotion, mobility, temporary transfer or the creation of special projects, to prepare an employee for the future needs of the organization, while taking into account his or her strengths and interests.
