Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationAndrew Collins has been writing about travel and food for a variety of both LGBTQ and mainstream magazines, websites and guidebook publishers for the past 30 years. He also teaches travel and food writing online for Gotham Writers Workshop, in New York City. Congenitally incapable of sitting still, he spends more than half the year travelling, and has a particular fondness for national parks, offbeat small towns, and dive bars and roadside cafes. He usually travels with his wonderful partner, Fernando Nocedal, to whom he dedicates this book. He and Fernando divide their time between the Coyoacán district of Mexico City, where they reside with their two absurdly friendly cats, and a cottage on a tiny lake in rural New Hampshire, where they fall asleep at night to the haunting calls of loons and barred owls. You can find more of his work at AndrewsTraveling.com, and follow him on Instagram at TravelAndrew.
