Dr. William Kenny, fellow of the American Psychiatric Association was educated in NewYork, New Jersey and Montreal (MDCM). William received a US Army commendation formedical service in Vietnam. He himself spent three years in psychoanalysis in NYC, andtaught and practiced in New York and Connecticut, He was director of the Orange CountyMental Health Center, NY, the Greenwich Hospital Mental Health Services, CT, and theLewis County Mental Health Center, NY, before accepting a position at Queen's University, Ontario, as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, as well as a position at the WellnessCentre. Kenny and his wife have been married for over 50 years and have two children
