En esta investigacin se desglosan temas como historia, economa, agricultura, crecimiento industrial, educacin, arte pblico, migracin, medio ambiente, agua y energa. / This book is a compilation of a series of articles on different topics of binational interest in which experts of both sides of the border have participated in order to provide a global vision about this area. The region, composed by two valleys, is divided by a river where the states of California and Baja California are united. Apparently hostile, in reality a rich area.
