Der islamische Theologe Jasser Abou Archid schloss sein Masterstudium im Jahr 2013 am Institut für Arabistik und Islamwissenschaft der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität in Münster ab. Im Jahr 2022 erfolgte seine Promotion am Institut für Islamische Theologie (IIT) der Universität Osnabrück. Derzeit ist er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am IIT in Osnabrück sowie an der Pädagogischen Hochschule in Ludwigsburg tätig.
