Tracy Mitchell Austin, MEd, has been teaching for thirty-four years and currently teaches at a private church. She has dedicated herself to teaching children to read the Bible and to use sign language, which she considers some of her most enjoyable experiences. She spends her free time quilting for her grandkids, crocheting baby blankets for new family and community members, and tending to her flowers. Tracy has always been a friend to God's four-legged creatures and still enjoys riding her horse, Rowdy. She was blessed with four children of her own and four extended children. Denham Days was written for her children's father, who passed away, as a tribute to their love for him.
