Philip L. Pearce is Foundation Professor of Tourism at James Cook University, Australia. He is interested in all aspects of tourist behavior and experience.   Hera Oktadiana is Adjunct Senior Lecturer at James Cook University, Australia. Her research interests include the philosophy of tourism and hospitality education, curriculum design, as well as emerging markets, focusing especially on the growing area of Muslim tourists and their experiences.
