This volume is the proceedings of two series of conferences: the 15th Seasonal Institute of the Mathematical Society of Japan, """"Deepening and Evolution of Applied Singularity Theory"""", held at Workpia Yokohama in November 2022, and the RIMS long-term workshops conducted from October to December 2022 at Kyoto University's Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (RIMS), Saitama University, and Kyushu University.
