While still in High School I began working in construction trades for Soule Steel. Graduated 1966. Attended LA Trade Tech to learn blue print reading & construction management. Attended college online from 1993-1996 received BS in Business & MS in Business Administration. In the late sixties and through the seventies I partnered with older brother in Reinforcing Steel Biz. Real Estate & Development became my career of choice in nineties and until now. I originated loans & built both residential and commercial property for twenty years, while forming 21 limited or general partnerships with Investors.
