Overview

Clara isn't proud of her mistakes, and some may even be hell-worthy. Death is always a surprise, but at sixteen, it's a shock. Finding your escort to the afterlife is a Harley-riding biker is just crazy. When a biker tells sixteen-year-old Clara that she has died and offers to give her a ride on his Harley across the veil that separates the living and the dead, she refuses to go until she discovers why she died. Seriously, if she is dead, then why would God send a dude riding a Harley to take her to heaven? Everyone knows Death's Ferryman carries the souls of the dead across the river in a boat, not on the back of a Harley. Unless heaven forbid, her destination is hell.

Virginia McCausland is the author of the Historical Fantasy, EYE OF THE SEAHORSE. She is a musician and playwright with a Bachelor of Music from Western University, an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia, and a Publishing Certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University. DEATH'S FERRYMAN RIDES A HARLEY is an adaptation of one of her many stageplays written for young adults. She lives and writes in a small lakeside town in British Columbia.
