We stay under your budget and within your time schedule and you walk into a finished project at the completion of our contract. As a Consulting GC, you are the general on your project, and I work beside you---you go home with all the glory! As a consultant, I guide you through the process from dream to reality to finished project. That includes helping you find the right architect to design your dream, negotiate with subcontractors on price and product, assist you through city planning and development for permits, inspections, and corrections. I advise you on time schedules to keep your costs down and your project under budget and on schedule, but you are in control. This is your dream to materialize! I don't believe in taking shortcuts. My philosophy is efficiency saves time and money and lots of headaches. I've had the pleasure of enjoying a successful career in construction.
