Scott M. Stoffel is a retired systems engineer living in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, who now works as a freelance writer. He is believed to be the first deaf-blind individual ever to have earned an engineering degree - he graduated from Temple University with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering.
