Deadmans Money

Overview

When a young hustler stumbles upon a bag of money buried with a dead man, he thinks his luck has finally turned. But as soon as the cash is in his hands, strange things begin to happen-silent shadows follow him, old enemies reappear, and the people around him start dying one by one. The money belonged to someone dangerous. Someone who never intended to let it go. Now, the past is digging itself out-and it's coming for everything. Deadman's Money is a township thriller packed with suspense, secrets, and the chilling price of greed. From the acclaimed author of Jonny: The Best Cooker of South Africa and The Last Watchman, Joseph Mahono brings you a haunting story that asks: What would you do if the dead wanted their money back?
