Overview

Addy's friend is murdered in a thicket south of Brownville and the sheriff believes he knows who did it. Addy disagrees and takes it upon herself to expose the real killer. The trouble is that there's only one suspect in the sheriff's mind, there's half a dozen in Addy's, including her beloved little brother. And she must sort them out within two weeks, because the Pawnee nation arrives near Nebraska City in a fortnight, and she needs to be there to find her long lost aunt who lives amongst them. But that's not the only reason she needs to figure things out fast. There are two other very good ones: For one, she's getting married in two weeks, and for two, someone's trying to kill her!
