Arsène Francoeur NGANGA is a historian and Memory Tourism Consultant specializing in Central African history and the transatlantic slave trade. He served as Memory Tourism Consultant to the Minister of Tourism and Environment of the Republic of Congo, where he was tasked with developing the Slave Route tourist circuit.
