Hic textus doctrinam catholicam de sacramentis, et praesertim de mysterio Eucharistiae, accurate perscrutatur et explicat. In hoc volumine, auctor principia scholastica cum rigore intellectuali coniungit, ut fundamenta dogmatica sacramentorum illustret. Per Animadversiones suas, Mattiussi non solum textum thomisticum interpretatur, sed etiam quaestiones subtiles de gratia, institutione divina, et praesentia reali Christi in pane et vino tractat. Haec disputatio theologica ad fontem sapientiae thomisticae recurrit, rationem et fidem in harmonia ponens. Studium hoc est instrumentum perutile theologis, philosophis, et omnibus qui sapientiam Angelici Doctoris de vita sacramentali Ecclesiae penitus intellegere volunt.
