In hoc opere, Christianus Pesch, S.J., doctrinam catholicam de inspiratione sacra summo rigore et claritate exponit. Auctor naturam cooperationis inter Spiritum Sanctum et scriptores humanos explorat, quaerens quomodo verba divina per linguas mortalium fideliter tradita sint. Hoc volumen non solum fundamentis biblicis nititur, sed etiam traditionem Ecclesiae, scripta Patrum, et decreta conciliorum adhibet ad solvendas quaestiones de inerrantia et veritate Scripturarum.
