OverviewDavis-Monthan Air Force Base is part of the 12th Air Force and the Air Combat Command. It flies the A-10C and has participated in the major conflicts of the 20th and 21st centuries. This book traces the origin of the base, its history throughout the years and the evolution of its mission.
