Dave Street and the Petrifying Magician

Overview

A mysterious Sorcerer attempts to kill a mother and her newborn baby, and a real ruckus breaks out in the enchanted city of Henclipoly: who are the people in question? Word gets around among wizards, goblins, even ghosts! At this point, the Basilium, Ministry of Wizards, intervenes and turns to Stephan Street, director of Nemesis Priory, a secret order of wizards investigating the mysteries of the city. However, Stephan refuses to work on the case-why? The Director is none other than the husband and father of his wife and child! Kathlyn informs Stephan that one day the Sorcerer would return to kill Dave, and when the time came, both would reveal the truth of what happened to their son Dave, who has his destiny already decided. Twenty-four years pass: Dave Street replaces his father as Director of Nemesis Priory. And it is at the very beginning of his tenure that strange things happen, such as the disappearance of Archon Armando Church to the appearance of the infamous and enigmatic Petrifying Magician, who mercilessly petrifies the Midfanes, non-pure wizards like the Megawalds, the supreme race. A mysterious symbol, premonitory messages, and dreamlike visions will involve Dave, joined by the know-it-all Deborah and the grumpy Paula, to face dangerous adventures. Will they find the answer to the crucial question: who is the Petrifying Magician?
