""Contributor Biography - English Caroline Simon was born in Brussels in 1995 and grew up in Bremen and Hamburg. She studied law and European Law at the Julius-Maximilians-Universit't in Wurzburg. Following her first state examination, she completed her doctorate in environmental and administrative procedural law under Prof. Dr. Ralf Brinktrine. After writing her dissertation, she completed her legal clerkship in the judicial district of the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg with a stay in New York City. She then returned to Hamburg.
