English summary: Despite the very good preservation of some remains of Roman military camps in Noricum, the state of knowledge about the individual fortifications is still very limited. Only the history of the fort of Mautern is well known from excavations. The analysis and evaluation of archaeological investigations (2002-2012) in Arelape/Pochlarn now makes it possible to trace the development of this fort from its foundation in the second half of the 1st century AD to its abandonment in the late 5th or early 6th century AD. The analysis of the building structures and the archaeological finds makes it possible to answer questions on chronology, but also on the function of the exposed buildings, on the units stationed in the fort, and on the use of the site in Late Antiquity. German description: Trotz der teilweise sehr guten Erhaltung von Resten romischer Militarlager in Noricum ist der Kenntnisstand zu den einzelnen Befestigungsanlagen immer noch sehr beschrankt. Einzig die Geschichte des Kastells Mautern ist durch Ausgrabungen gut bekannt. Die Bearbeitung und Auswertung archaologischer Untersuchungen (2002-2012) in Arelape/Pochlarn erlaubt nun, die Entwicklung dieses Kastells von seiner Grundung in der zweiten Halfte des 1. Jhs. n. Chr. bis zu seiner endgultigen Aufgabe im spaten 5. bzw. fruhen 6. Jh. n. Chr. nachzuvollziehen. Dabei ermoglicht die Analyse der Befunde und des Fundmaterials die Beantwortung von Fragen zur Chronologie, aber auch zur Funktion der freigelegten Gebaude, zu den im Kastell stationierten Einheiten und zur Nutzung der Anlage in der Spatantike.
