Am 21. Mai 736 verstarb die adelige Dame Li Chui im Alter von 25 Jahren, so berichtet es die Inschrift des Epitaphs aus ihrem Grab. Sie wurde ausserhalb der Tangzeitlichen Hauptstadt Chang'an, dem heutigen Xi'an, mit zahlreichen kostbaren Beigaben in einem Erdkammergrab bestattet.
