""Contributor Biography - English Niklas Joser studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universit't Freiburg and the ?cole de Droit de la Sorbonne in Paris. Following his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at international law firms in Munich alongside his doctorate. He wrote his dissertation at the Institute for Business Law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg with a research stay at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London. In May 2024, he commenced his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.
