T.J. Champitto is a bestselling and award-winning author of The Medina Device and Darkness Never Dies. He was born in upstate New York and currently resides in South Carolina with his wife, Tisha. A lover of art and history, he was a travel journalist for several years and is still passionate about traveling the world with his wife. Fluent in Italian, his favorite city in the world is Florence, Italy. He has a bachelor's degree in business, drinks his coffee black, and has never met a pastry he didn't like. He spent several years volunteering as an instructor for the Greenville Literacy Association, his favorite authors being Olen Steinhauer, John le Carre, James Michener, and Dan Brown.
