OverviewOld Joe had lived on the street in Kings Cross for a long time. Those that knew him regarded him as harmless, although a nuisance cadging money from passers-by. Although someone regarded him as more, the reason he was found dead one morning on Darlinghurst Road. This was Kings Cross, once a hub of inequity, of strip joints and gentleman's clubs, of licensed premises and restaurants.
