OverviewWith the arrival of autumn comes peace at last for the O'Brien family. Or does it? Finn Murphy is the luckiest of men--married to the fierce and beautiful Brigid O'Brien, devoted to his family, rooted in the wild beauty of County Clare. In his own family tree, he's a rare breed. The dark Irish genes emerge only once in a generation, marking those who carry them with gifts not easily understood. Finn has a secret--one that will test his marriage and his family ties. When a long-absent family member returns, buried truths begin to surface. And as autumn storms gather over the Atlantic, troubling visions pull the family toward a local tragedy that hits far too close to home. It's in the power of three that they'll at last find their strength. And Finn will finally claim the legacy of the Dark Irish. A gripping novella of mystery, magic, and unbreakable bonds. Stacey knocked it out of the park (again!) with this one! What I love most about her books is how the layers keep building in the series for every character that's introduced... Next please!!!"" Reader review, 5 stars ""I'm a huge fan of Stacey Reynolds. She's a very talented storyteller. Love little Cora. She's such a great character. I've read all the O'Brien stories and love them all."" Reader review, 5 stars ""Stacey Reynolds once again delivers a masterpiece... Stacey's unfailing ability to draw on my emotions continues with Dark Irish. I laughed and I cried and I probably muttered a curse or two. I highly recommend this story."" Reader review, 5 stars Author InformationStacey Reynolds started writing her first novel, _Raven of the Sea_, in 2015. She was inspired by the beautiful villages of Ireland's west coast--the traditional music, the architecture, the lighthouses, and crumbling ruins. It lit a spark in her that would smolder for years until she was ready. She was a military wife and mother of 5. With a special needs child at home, she began writing at the public library during her son's therapy sessions. Before she married an officer in the Marines, she was a police officer. Her experience in law enforcement aids her in writing from the perspective of a first responder. It also helps with the procedural aspects of some of her stories. She loves what she does. She finds inspiration through traveling, reading, art, and music. She tries to write with the honest and often raw emotions that come from loving and losing.
