It is a mind-blowing supernatural romance with unforgettable characters! I'm floored by this second installment in A.L. Hampton's debut series. From the moment I started, I couldn't put it down. The character development and relationships are truly exceptional, drawing you in completely. What sets this book apart is its perfect blend of genres. While the romance is steamy and intense (seriously, the spice level is off the charts!), there's much more to love. Expect action, suspense, and plot twists to keep you on the edge of your seat. The emotional depth of this story is remarkable. Hampton explores every facet of human emotion, creating a raw and authentic experience. The connection between Dani and Rhyland is particularly touching, showcasing a love that feels genuine and relatable. This series deserves widespread recognition. Suppose you enjoy supernatural elements, paranormal worlds, passionate romance, and comedic taunts that will have you laughing out loud. Expect action, suspense, and plot twists to keep you on the edge of your seat. I thoroughly enjoyed one major scene in this story when Dani gains a new power and encounters a unicorn. We're also introduced to new creatures and villains. It's literally everything you want in a fantasy. There's suspense, banter, and intrigue. Now Dani and her crew are in the fairie realm. Rhyland is kidnapped by the shadow queen. They still have to find a certain stone that Dani's powerful relics needs. So much is packed into this 2nd book, and it still leaves you craving for more! I love Lucian with his sarcastic humor. The spice.....woah...the spice. it had me needed to take a cool shower. The only thing that put me off a bit was the excessive amount of times godda#n was used. Other than that....God tier!!!!!
