Kristine Van Hook is co-author of Daily Random Reminders. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and has worked in Healthcare for the past 15 years. Kristine has overcome many obstacles in her life including extensive childhood illnesses, being raised in the tough streets of Long Beach, Calif. and being the single parent of a son who was diagnosed in the top 3% of the worst cases of Severe Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. Kristine has utilized the steps in this book to improve her life and now is considered a successful, independent woman with a healthy loving son. Beth Cornell is co-author of Daily Random Reminders. She holds certifications in Reiki, Chios, and Meditation. She is a successful business owner currently focused on growing her Arizona Energy Wellness LLC, which focus' on health and wellness via meditation, CranioSacral Therapy, and Creative Art Therapy. Beth has overcome the challenges of being an internally oriented creative person in an externally oriented society, a military spouse, raising a child with special needs, transitioning career paths, and husband's disabling motorcycle accident. Kristine and Beth have brought together their differences and found their strengths in order to create a book designed to be universally understood in teaching the process of creating one's life. The primary goal of Daily Random Reminders is to help people create positive change in their life and their life perspective.
