Author Information

Author Pat Kelley overcame childhood abuse to become a successful professional in the field of human resources management. Fewer than ten years after entering the field as a secretary, she became a director of human resources. For more than forty-three years, she was a leader in HR, earned her master of science degree and certification as a senior professional in human resources, and was recognized by her professional association with a lifetime achievement award. She is also the author of four novels and two other nonfiction books, including Hiring Right: A Business Blueprint for Lower Turnover and Higher Profits, Second Edition. She and her husband live in Oklahoma.
