Susan Nonn's gourd affinity began when she attended the Ohio Gourd Society’s festival in 1999 and took a workshop with Jayne Stanley. She now imparts her zeal to others by teaching workshops, coordinating Harford Community College's gourd group, selling her hand-crafted gourds at regional craft shows, and now, by writing books.
