Overview

A personal narrative of divine intervention during a spiritual awakening which inspired Lynn to finally break an endless cycle of self sabotage. For most of her life she ignored the trauma from her past and put on a facade that she was mentally and emotionally secure when she wasn't, just to appease others. All of this pretending and avoidance of her mental and emotional state created endless negative thought patterns which controlled her life, keeping her on a continuous downwards spiral into depression, anxiety and fear.

Lynn grew up in a small city in southern Alberta, Canada. Her love for ghost stories and spiritual encounters started at a young age when she became aware of her clairvoyant abilities. With each spiritual experience her bond and connection to God and the Divine has grown stronger, and this bond has opened her mind and heart to a different outlook on life, along with a desire to fulfill her soul's purpose.
